Founded by tradies Ed Ross and Dan Allen, TradeMutt is an Australian social enterprise creating vibrant, high-quality workwear designed to start conversations about mental health. Each shirt features the phrase “This Is A Conversation Starter” on the back — a simple, visible reminder that it’s OK to talk, and it’s OK to ask for help.
Profits from every TradeMutt purchase go directly toward TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) — a free, text and call-based counselling service providing mental health support for tradies, truckies, and blue-collar workers. By wearing these shirts, businesses like ours are helping fund real, accessible mental health care across the country.
